I am 7 weeks pregnant and would like to know what kind of tea/tisane I can drink without worrying. Thank you so much!

Hello Ma'am,
Drinking black and green tea is not problematic during pregnancy. These teas contain theine, the equivalent of caffeine. During pregnancy, it is not recommended to take more than 300 mg per day of caffeine/theine.
So, you can safely drink 2, 3, even 4 teas per day (possibly less if you also take coffee 😊).
As for herbal tea, we are more cautious. We will try to limit ourselves to ginger tea (very very good for nausea at the beginning of pregnancy). This is because we don't know what the consumption of certain plants found in these products will do to you and your baby.
Good weekend,
