How do I know if I am pregnant if I am on the pill continuously and I am not bleeding?

Your first recourse will be to use a pregnancy test obtained from a pharmacy to determine if you are pregnant or not.

This being said, if you are taking your contraceptive continuously, it is possible that there is no bleeding, but this does not indicate a problem, as this bleeding is not necessary for your health or fertility.
