I am pregnant, I have a headache and the tylenols I have contain 500mg of acetaminophen and 65mg of caffeine. Can I take them?

Hello,
what trimester are you in?

3rd trimester, 34 weeks
I have never seen Tylenol with caffeine before

Since you are very close to your due date, you can use caffeinated tylenol, but with caution
If you already drink coffee during the day, it would be best not to use caffeinated medications. If you do not drink coffee, you can use the product according to the recommendations on the box.
In some cases, caffeine can also increase migraines. I believe that Tylenol alone (2 x 500 mg tablets every 4-6 hours) would be the preferred option for your situation. Have you taken any today to try and get relief?

I drank the equivalent of a third of a cup of coffee today (early this morning). Unfortunately I don't have any other Tylenol on hand
Would it be better to wait and see if the headache is still there tomorrow, and if so, take a Tylenol with caffeine?
It's not at the migraine stage yet. Just a tension in the back of the head that has been going on for several hours. I've already been drinking lots of water and eating to see if it's dehydration
I did not take any Tylenol today.

I agree. Thanks for the clarification.
I would tend to take only Tylenol 500 mg before switching to Tylenol with caffeine. It is the safest choice in pregnancy
