Can I take probiotics during pregnancy?

Can I take probiotics, bio k style since I am 22 weeks pregnant? I am pregnant and my son goes to daycare, he brings home a so all the colds and flus. We are on our 4th in 1 month.

Hello Mrs,

Bio-K is safe to use during pregnancy. However, there is no data to indicate that it is effective in strengthening the immune system or preventing infections. Non-pharmacological measures should be used, such as frequent washing of hands, surfaces, objects, doorknobs and toys and distancing oneself from infected people as much as possible.
