The use of most anti-histamines is well documented during pregnancy. The most documented are Reactin or Claritin

Okay, thanks for the clarification. You should normally have a good effect with either of these medications if you take them regularly during the allergy period. These symptoms are usually quite well treated with regular anti-histamines. So Reactin or Claritin would be for you.
