Can I take B-complex and vitamin C during pregnancy?

Hello, I am 6 years pregnant and I am taking vitamin C + B complex. I didn't think about it before, but can it be dangerous for my baby?

Hello, thank you for your question!

Taking this supplement does not cause any problems during pregnancy.

However, if you are taking other types of vitamin supplements for pregnancy such as Materna, Centrum Prenatal or others, you do not need to take this product in addition because they are present in the multivitamin.
