Hello,
According to the most recent recommendations in this area, it is necessary to voluntarily quarantine (stay home) for 14 days in the following situations:
If you have traveled to China, Iran, or Italy, you are required to quarantine for a period of 14 days upon your return, regardless of your return date. You are also asked to contact local authorities at 1-877-644-4545 to notify them of your arrival;
If you have traveled outside the country and returned to Quebec after March 11, you must quarantine yourself for a period of 14 days upon your return, regardless of the destination you visited;
If you traveled anywhere other than China, Iran or Italy and returned before March 11, there is no need to quarantine yourself (unless you are a health care worker).
In other words, there is no need to go to a doctor. Just stay home.
