Can Align help with symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome?

I have only been able to find small studies (with small numbers of participants and with fairly short durations over time) indicating some effectiveness in people with irritable bowel syndrome. That being said, you can try it, but don't necessarily expect miracles with it.

One small detail: using this kind of product may in some cases cause diarrhea. If this is the case, I suggest you discontinue it.
