Effexor constipates me a lot, can I take Relaxa all the time every day?

Yes, you can. You will have to stop it if you have diarrhea.

Otherwise, I strongly suggest that you increase your fiber intake, especially through fruits and vegetables and whole grains, and drink plenty of fluids to soften your stools.
