Reactine can be used for a very long time without side effects. There are no long-term complications

Flonase was also designed for use over several months, but it is only recommended for very long term use (more than 6 months) upon medical recommendation. There are some cases of nasal walls becoming thinner and more fragile after very long term use, but generally a good technique of using the nasal pump will avoid this problem.
