Eczema + newborn, what to use?

30-year-old woman2 years ago
My 1 month old baby has a lot of eczema on his face. We had to treat with cortisone and we put glaxal base. Her skin is 90% healed but we can see that she is still fragile (small pimples on the upper back and neck, arms and face that get red and dry easily) Should we go to a range for eczema (ex: bioderma atoderm/ la roche posay lipikar or toleriane/ uriage etc.?) or continue with glaxal base or aquaphor? Thank you!

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
You have done very well with the Glaxal Base. This can be applied as often as needed during the day, even on the face. I also suggest you to lightly pat the skin dry after the bath instead of rubbing and apply the cream quickly after the bath.
For the face, neck and other sensitive parts, no need to use soap, a warm washcloth is enough :)
I hope I've been of some help to you, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions!
