Hello! I'll try to help you with this. Eczema is first treated by moisturizing the skin. So you would need to apply an eye cream, 2-3 times a day. If after a few days you don't see any improvement, you should apply a cortisone-based product. If the eczema is more on the upper eyelid, an over-the-counter cream based on hydrocortisone 0.5% can be used twice a day in a very thin layer, being careful not to put it too close to the eye. If the eczema is close to the eye, a prescription for a cortisone ointment in an ophthalmic formulation that can be applied closer to the eye and eyelashes will be needed. See your doctor or an optometrist to get it prescribed. I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to provide me with additional information if needed. Thank you!
