What should I do with a yellow discharge from my nose? Is it a sign of infection?

If there are no other symptoms, just monitor the situation. Nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse may help. If the situation persists for more than 10 days without improvement or if other symptoms occur such as sinus pressure, fever or other, you should consult me.
