Can I take echinacea to help me even though I am breastfeeding? And does Ventolin make a difference before 6 months? Thank you

Hello, my 4.5 month old baby has bronchiolitis and an ear infection. He has antibiotics and Ventolin. He is exclusively breastfed and I am starting to get sick too.

Due to the lack of data on the safety of echinacea during breastfeeding, I do not recommend taking it.
