Hello Sir
Several factors can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Among those that can be partly controlled are good control of blood sugar and blood pressure, and weight reduction if it is necessary in your case. Blood sugar levels should be measured at different times of the day to get an idea of your blood sugar levels over 24 hours. If you are having difficulty reaching your blood glucose targets, I suggest that you consult your pharmacist who can contact your physician to see if your therapy can be improved
A consultation with a nutritionist can also be beneficial to help you reach your blood sugar targets and a healthy weight, and to lower your blood pressure
Alcohol consumption, sedentary lifestyle (lack of exercise), smoking and stress all contribute to the problem
Finally, you can also contact your pharmacist who will be able to contact your doctor to increase the dose of Viagra, or to consider alternatives depending on the study of your pharmacological file.
Hope this helps, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!
