Hello :), I am currently breastfeeding and I have runny sinuses (maybe allergies), am I allowed to take antihistamines to relieve it?

Our first choice of antihistamine for breastfeeding is Claritin 10mg which is safe and effective. It may take 2 to 3 days to take full effect.
