Hello ma'am, would you be able to identify a possible cause such as a wrong movement, a particular posture, or more vigorous relations? How long have you had this pain?

I don't know the cause, but I have been wearing underwear for at least 7 years. I don't know if it could have caused irritation in the long run. And it's been almost 1 year that I have pain. Since then I have been to my doctor, a gynecologist, but nothing every time. I changed my contraceptive pill and since then it seems like it helped, but no. I don't know what's causing my pain. I don't know what's causing my irritation and why it's there, all I do is put polysporin and canesten after every bathroom visit. When I think it's cured, I have sex or do a sumo squat at the gym and it starts all over again.😔

Thanks for the feedback!
If you have been able to identify exercises that are causing pain, it would be appropriate to evaluate the relevance of continuing to do them. In the case of such a possible injury, I suggest avoiding exercises that increase pain for at least 4 weeks. I would also suggest that you have a physiotherapy consultation to evaluate whether the pain is due to a muscle injury or other. Most group insurances cover this type of service.

Thank you very much. Are there any external creams I can use when my skin is irritated and cracked?

I'm sorry for the delay in responding, I didn't see the notification!
A barrier cream like Barrier or protective ointment would be recommended like Vaseline, Aquaphor ointment, or even a zinc based paste, like Zincofax.
Sincerely,
