What can I do about my toe pain?

Hello, I have had uncomfortable pain in my toes for a while. 3 toes in particular. They are red and the pain never goes away. In the cold, it's worse. Could it be frostbite?

Thank you for your question!
Would you be able to identify a possible cause for this pain? Exercise or activities in particular, a new pair of shoes, or something else?

hello, no. Maybe the cold? It happened at the end of last ski season, but I haven't skied yet this year

Thanks for the feedback!
Unfortunately if this appearance has been going on for several months, it would be best to have it evaluated by a doctor to get the right diagnosis
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time

In fact, after the ski season it's gone. And it just came back! I had nothing this summer and before Christmas

It may be frostbite, but if it is mild to moderate, it usually clears up over time. If this has occurred and you are unable to determine a cause (frostbite, injury or other), a medical evaluation would be recommended to rule out other possible causes
