He's a new partner so from the beginning we've been having relationships. We don't use condoms. We have been trying to use either silicone or water based lube. I have pain when he "hits/touches" deep in my vagina, it's a sharp pain in my stomach like a cramp. It doesn't matter how long the relationship lasts.
I had a PAP test 3 weeks ago considering the situation and nothing abnormal was detected.

Indeed this can happen depending on your partner. That being the case, you did well with the water-based or silicone lube, as long as they do not contain any flavor, fragrance or spermicide. Otherwise, the description of the situation does not necessarily indicate a problem other than a mechanical cause, especially if you have had a medical evaluation that rules out other causes.
Have you and your partner tried to have intercourse while avoiding pain-inducing movements, such as not "banging" the bottom?
