Migraines and neck pain. What to do about it?

85-year-old woman4 years ago
I have neck pain as soon as I put my head on the pillow; it is so intense that it causes migraines. - I have changed my pillow several times. - I have seen a chiro, an acupuncturist and my doctor; none of them know what it is and none of them have been able to help me. - I have had a prosthetic shoulder for 5 years with no pain, so the orthopedist tells me that is not the cause. - I have never had a headache in 80 years. - I use Anicare gel when I go to bed but it only works occasionally.

Hello, thank you for your message.
Although I am sorry to read about your troubles, this problem would hardly be treated in a pharmacy, especially since you have been seen by your doctors. I think that you should rather look at the musculoskeletal side: maybe there is a muscle imbalance, a movement, an activity or a posture that is at fault. Your best solution would be to consult a physiotherapist who will do a complete examination of your upper body
Sorry I can't be more helpful
