I have pain in my lower abdomen and lower back (kidneys). Brownish bleeding this morning (just once on the paper). Worrying?

If it feels like menstrual cramps, it may be normal. If the pain is much worse (to the point that you can't go on with your life) or if the bleeding increases in intensity, you should see your doctor

It is safe to take acetaminophen (Tylenol) for pain relief if you wish. Keep in mind that this may mask the symptoms, so pay attention to them before resuming each dose.
