I have joint pain. What can I take to help me. (Knees, ankle, hand..)

I exclusively breastfeed my 10 week old baby. The sound my knees make when I bend them sounds like a squeaky floor. I started training again 3 weeks ago and the pain has increased.

Hello Ma'am,
To relieve your pain, you can take Tylenol. It is compatible with breastfeeding.
With regard to training, I advise you to consult a physical therapist who will be able to give you exercises adapted to your condition. Indeed, it is not normal that you feel so much pain during training.
If this persists over time or you are not getting any relief from the Tylenol, I would advise you to go see your doctor to have a complete medical evaluation.
I hope I have answered your question!
