I have chest pain when I swallow and when I have heartburn, what can I do?

I have a pain in my chest when I swallow and at other times I took a medication (doxycycline) before going to bed two days ago and since then I have had pain in my chest and esophagus when I swallow. I also have what seems to be heartburn which causes a tightness in my throat and then pressure in my chest.

Hello Ma'am, would you be able to describe in detail this chest pain? Is it like a tightness or tightness, numbness, or something else? How long have you noticed this? Are you taking anything for the heartburn? . Thanks for the feedback! Yes, doxycycline can cause reflux symptoms.
