Good morning, ma'am,
How many days have you noticed this?
Do you have any other symptoms such as a stuffy or runny nose, even a little, or anything else?
Are you taking any other medications right now?
Are you pregnant or trying to get pregnant?

I have stiffness in my neck at times and headaches. No other medication and I am not pregnant.

Thanks for the feedback!
Given the ineffectiveness of the drops and the description of your symptoms, I would advise you to stop using them. Your best bet is to take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) or a painkiller such as Tylenol.
If you have any kind of runny or blocked nose, I suggest nasal hygiene with a saline solution (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
If the symptoms persist for more than 7 days without improvement, or if other symptoms occur, you should consult a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, and I'm available if you have any further questions!
