Hello Ma'am,
During breastfeeding, there are several products that can be used to relieve muscle pain. In order to narrow down the products available, it is best to first find out if your pain has been present for a very long time and if it is only in one area (such as the back of your neck).
If the pain has been present for a short time and is only present in a small area of your body, then a cream product (with massage!) such as Myoflex™, which contains triethanolamine salicylate, can be used. You have to make sure you are not allergic to Aspirin™ before using this product, and not to apply it to your whole body (hence my first question about where the pain is). You can use this product as a "team" with Tylenol™ Extra Strength to make it more effective!
Also be aware that muscle pain during breastfeeding is sometimes caused by poor posture while nursing. In the first few months of life, baby demands the breast a lot and it's easy to spend several hours a day in one position. If your pain seems to be caused by your positioning (back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, arm pain), then I encourage you to consult a breastfeeding coach or simply ask your spouse to watch you as you settle in to start nursing.
