Is it normal to still have pain after 4 days of antibiotics?

My 3 year old daughter has a urinary tract infection, the doctor confirmed it in his office after urine test (white blood cells, blood and bacteria+++) no sterile test to find the exact bacteria. She has been on amoxil for 4 days . There is no degradation of her condition....she is even a little better...she has more restraint....but still a lot of pain when she urinates.

If the pain is still present on day 5, I suggest that you consult your doctor for a re-evaluation of your condition.
