Stomach pain in the middle of the night?

Hello, for a few days I have been experiencing stomach pains, often in the middle of the night. It is as if my belly button is being pulled from the inside. The pain lasts a few minutes but the intensity increases each time. What can I do?

I would say about a week and a half. No other symptoms, no nausea diarrhea or constipation

At first glance, I think we should try to find a possible cause

What I suggest for the next 4 to 6 weeks is to keep a journal where you will write down everything you consume as well as the quantities, but also the activities you undertake, and your state of mind (fatigue, stress, etc.)

In the second column you could write down the occurrence and extent of the symptoms. We could then identify some possible causes. This may take several weeks so I suggest being diligent.

If no cause can be suggested, I suggest consulting a physician to get a thorough evaluation of the situation.
