Can the pharmacist prescribe medication for a urinary tract infection?

I have a pain in my lower abdomen as if there was a rock in my bladder. I think I have a urinary tract infection but no pain when I pee?

Good evening ma'am,
The pharmacist can indeed prescribe antibiotics for a urinary tract infection in women, but only if you have already received a prescription in the last 12 months for this type of infection.
If you have had a prescription recently, contact your pharmacist. Otherwise, you'll need to go see a doctor.
Good evening,
