I am taking coumadin and I fell and I have pain before consulting then-take an advil 200mg liquid without it is problems

Non-pharmacological measures such as ice and occasional use of Tylenol should be prioritized. I encourage you to consult your pharmacist who will be able to customize a plan for you and follow up closely with you.
