Can I do nasal douches with perforated eardrums?

Hello, following 2 ptites, I have now had perforated eardrums for 3 days. I don't have any antibiotics because according to my doctor it's viral but I was wondering if I could do a nasal shower with a syringe or if it will make the pain worse? Thanks

Hello ma'am, it would be preferable to use a spray or atomizer like Salinex or other rather than the syringe or bottle of Sinus Rinse, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
