I want to give my child the Ste-Justine nasal shower and I'm afraid he'll choke and swallow water since he's crying at the same time. Is this possible?

Hello!
How old is your child?
Have you ever done the nostril flush or do you want to try it?
If you have already tried it, how do you place your child? Sitting or lying down?
I look forward to hearing from you!

I had watched how to do it on YouTube by professionals of course . My boy is 14 months old but he just doesn't like to have his nose cleaned so he cries really a lot during. I position him sitting on my spouse with his head upright neither leaning and nor forward and he holds his head with his hand on his forehead and I perform the maneuver by inserting 5 ml of water in the right nostril and after left nostril .

This is indeed the correct way to proceed. The person holding the child should also lean forward slightly with the child. If this makes your child too uncomfortable, you can also start with smaller doses and gradually increase.
Still in the guide I suggested at our last consultation, you can also try the side-lying child technique. Maybe it will be easier for you and your baby!"
Good continuity!"
