But be aware that in your situation, simply continue to take it as if nothing happened and avoid it happening again. Some people take a daily dose of 300mg of Effexor™, so you are nowhere near a toxic dose. But your body is not used to it, so you may feel much worse (tingling in the extremities, restlessness, etc.).
