How long should I wait between taking Effexor?

My boyfriend forgot his dose of Effexor this morning (150mg at 8:00 am or so each day) and he realized it at 11:00 pm tonight. He took his dose immediately but should he delay taking it until tomorrow morning? How many hours should there be between taking 2 doses accidentally close together?

However, a sporadic shift should not affect your boyfriend As for taking it in the morning, if it's only once, he could take it again at the same time as usual.
