The nurse wants me to give her tylenol but she weighs less than 5.5 kg so I am wondering

hello, at 5.18kg, we will give 15mg per kg per dose.
you can give 78mg of tylenol every 4-6 hours (max 5 doses per day)
in order to tell you the dose in ml, I would need the concentration of your formulation?
it can be 80mg/ml or 160/5ml normally?
