My 14 month old daughter refuses to take her antibiotic for her ear infection?

My 14 month old daughter is currently being treated for an ear infection. She is taking amoxicillin combined with another antibiotic. The pharmacist mentioned the importance of taking all doses. If a dose is not taken in full (due to refusal or loss) is there any risk to the treatment? Thank you Thank you! Precisely we put it in food and she refused to take the food in question, but not those who did not have the medication (so not a question of appetite)
