Can I take HVV-LX for hemorrhoids?

If it hasn't already been tried, I suggest using Anusol PLUS ointment (available over the counter in pharmacies) both internally and externally twice a day and after each bowel movement

Also, if you still have to force the stool out, I suggest drinking plenty of fluids and increasing your fiber intake such as fruits & vegetables and whole grains to soften the stool. You should avoid straining at all costs: if you must strain, stop and try again later. Also, you should get up from the toilet as soon as you are finished. This sitting position can make the situation worse, so avoid reading the newspaper or using the phone, etc.

Avoid wiping too vigorously, and I suggest using non-wet scented wipes to reduce the risk of irritation.

If you do not notice any improvement after 14 days or if the situation worsens, you should consult a doctor as a precaution.
