Hello,
Besides Tylenol, have you tried anything else?

No. His general condition is good. We are making sure he is not dehydrated, but he is not feeding much. He is drinking water and his ounces of milk
We are wondering if his vomiting is due to the secretions/mucus he is swallowing, or if he could have a virus that causes vomiting?

Thanks for the feedback!
Yes, coughing and secretions can often cause vomiting.
I am reassured that you report a good general condition. Continue to encourage him to drink often.
The best treatment for the symptoms you describe is nasal hygiene with saline (Hydrasense, Sinus Rinse and others), which can be done as often as needed during the day, and at least 30 minutes before bedtime, followed by suctioning the secretions with a baby fly. By 'cleaning' the nasal secretions, we can reduce their backward flow, which often causes coughing. It's a little unpleasant but it works like a charm!
Here is a video that can be used as instructions :)
If the fever persists for 3 days or if the condition worsens, you should see a doctor.
I hope I've been helpful, I'm still available if you have any other questions!
