Child Tylenol. My 20 month old child weighs 11.4 kg and I am out of baby tylenol. I have tylenol for children 2-11 years old from his brother, can I give him some?

Good morning, Madam,
Tylenol for children aged 2-11 years can be given to younger children with a specific dose calculated according to the child's weight.
Can you confirm if your Children's Tylenol (2-11 years) has a concentration of 160 mg/5 ml?
If it says your Tylenol is 160 mg/5 ml, you can give your 20 month old child: 5 ml by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed (maximum 5 doses in 24 hours)
If this is not the correct concentration, you can send me the correct concentration of your Tylenol and I will recalculate the dose for your 20 month old!
Don't hesitate to contact me again if you have any other questions!
