She doesn't want to latch on at night and takes her bottle with difficulty. She chews on the pacifier

Hello,
The first thing to do is to introduce non-pharmacological measures to help with teething
Cold teething ring or toy
the child can chew on soft, cold cloths (e.g. cold water washcloth)
rinsing the gums with a little cold water
These small steps can help relieve your child
At this age, I recommend using a pain reliever such as acetaminophen pediatric drops if non-pharmacological measures have not provided relief. It is important to dose according to the child's weight, following the instructions on the package. The dose can be repeated if necessary every 4 to 6 hours for a total of 5 doses maximum per 24 hours
Although cream products like orajel (or other brands) exist, I do not recommend their use. These products offer little relief and increase the risk of the child choking. If they are used, the child should not be given anything to eat or drink for the next hour
I hope this information helps you!

I already use teething toys that I put in the fridge as well as cold water washcloths. I'll try acetaminophen then.
