Can I give my children probiotics all winter long or is it only for a certain period of time?

Unfortunately, to this day, there is no data to show concrete benefits of probiotic supplementation in case of infection or for prevention. In addition, the products on the market may not correspond to the individual flora of each person, which is like a fingerprint.

I therefore do not recommend this type of supplement. You could try them, but don't expect miracles. Also keep in mind that probiotics can cause diarrhea in some people.
