Can I give the blue pump when my baby coughs a lot at night?

Hello, my daughter was prescribed orange and blue pumps for bronchiolitis at the beginning of October. She had finished her blue pumps but since 1 week she coughs at night and wakes up. Is it possible to continue to give her the blue pump to prevent her from coughing when she sleeps? She has a blocked nose during the night. We clean her nose with saline water twice a day. I see a difference in her coughing when we give her the pumps at night she doesn't cough.

Thanks for the feedback, you did the right thing with nasal hygiene, which I encourage as often as necessary during the day, and give her plenty of fluids to drink during the day.
