Can I give Motrin or Advil with Benadryl at the same time?

Hello my 7 year old daughter has a skin rash so I gave her benadryl 20 ml. Her rash started yesterday. However I just took her temperature and it is 39.

If you have a fever and a rash on your skin, you should see a doctor.

As written, taking Benadryl is compatible with Advil (pending consultation).
