I bought multivitamins for my 3 year old but on the package it says 2 vitamins once a day from 4 years old.
Can I just give him some or am I better off exchanging them?

Hi, thanks for your question!
The warning to only give to children 4 years and older is mainly because we don't want a young child to choke on the tablets. However, there are liquid supplements that can be given at this age. Your pharmacist will be able to show you which ones are available.
However, keep in mind that it would be better to acquire the vitamins in question through food, especially fruits and vegetables.
I hope I have helped you, and I am available if you have any other questions!
