What can I give my 18 month old daughter to help with her diarrhea?

My 18 month old daughter drank unsafe water 7 days ago. 24 hours later she vomited and also had diarrhea. However, the diarrhea does not want to go away completely. Can I give her something to help her? She does not have a fever and her condition is good. She still has several stools a day, quite liquid.

In such a situation, the best thing to do is to use probiotics.

At this age, one can try taking BioGaïa brand probiotics for 2 weeks.

Usually, one would see an improvement in symptoms in less than 2 days.
