My 11 month old baby seems constipated a lot?

Hello! My 11 month old baby is often constipated, she screams when she poops. Can I give her something? She is on 3.25 milk and has no health problems and is not on any medication.

Hello ma'am, thank you for your question!
First of all, you should encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids and eat high-fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables to help soften the stool. In addition to milk, I suggest giving your child small amounts of water to drink often.
You can also give him PEG-3350 (Lax-A-Day, Restoralax and other brands), a tasteless and odorless powder that can be diluted in a small amount of any liquid. It is given according to weight, i.e. 1 gram of powder per kg of your child's weight (for example, if your child weighs 9 kg, 9 grams of powder in liquid will be given). Your pharmacist will be able to tell you how to measure the dose according to your child's weight.
I hope this helps, and I am available if you have any further questions!
