Can I give my daughter Benadryl if she has also received cetirizine?

My daughter has a severe skin allergy and she took 10 mg of cetirizine color hydrate. Can you give her benadril in addition if she took her 10g at 20:50. Because there is no reduction of the symptoms on the contrary other plaques appear at 10 seconds.

Good morning, ma'am,
If the reaction is recent, it is normal for new lesions to appear up to 72 hours after the start of the reaction.
cetirizine is effective but may have a slower onset of action. You can give Benadryl but you should avoid combining them. Either give Benadryl 3 to 4 times a day if drowsiness or excitability is tolerated, or give cetirizine once a day.
I also suggest a fragrance free moisturizer like Aveeno that can be applied as often as needed.
I hope I have been helpful to you and will be available if you have any further questions!
