Can I give one child's antibiotics to my other child?

My baby is sick (fever and cough and it is not COVID). We are traveling and I would like to know if I can use my daughter's antibiotics. My daughter received before leaving antibiotics for the same type of infection (cough and fever) Axo... something (pink with a dose of 8ml/3 times a day - she weighs 14kg). Can I give it to my baby so that it also helps my daughter. If so what dosage? I am in Mexico...

Hello ma'am, I'm sorry to read about your troubles, but it is extremely important not to share antibiotics, or any other medication for that matter, between your children.
