Hello. My 11 month old baby (18 lbs) has a fever and I have almost used up my bottle of tempra 0-24 months. I have advil 2-11 months at home (100mg/5ml)

Hello Mrs,
Advil is given according to the child's weight, regardless of the formulation used.
The dose is 5 to 10 mg of medication per kg of your child's weight every 6 to 8 hours, maximum 4 times per 24 hours.
For a child weighing 8 kg, that's 40 to 80 mg of Advil, so 2 to 4 ml of Advil every 6 to 8 hours, maximum 4 times a day. Don't forget to shake well before administering.
