Given this situation, can I mix ibuprofen and midol?

I would say yes because usually Midol does not contain ibuprofen, but rather acetaminophen (like Tylenol).

So if you look at your box of Midol and the ingredients don't contain ibuprofen, you can take it along with ...... your ibuprofen ;)
