Should I be concerned or consult a professional about this?

Hi, I gave birth to my baby 10 months ago. I've been back from diapers for 3 cycles, as I'm still breastfeeding my baby. I have had bloating and a heavy feeling in my belly since then. I also have pain in my lower back.

I also forgot to mention that I sometimes have episodes of loose stools, but they quickly return to normal.

Hello ma'am, are these pains associated with a position or activity?
Is the bloating present all day long or at particular times?
After liquid stools, do you have constipation or hard stools?

Hello,
My back pain is worst in the morning when I wake up, but can occur during the day as well. There is no particular position or activity that intensifies this pain.
The bloating comes and goes somewhat randomly. I don't notice any connection with food.
After the loose stools, there is no period of constipation.

Thanks for the feedback!
At first glance, I think we should try to find a possible cause.
What I suggest for the next 4 to 6 weeks is to keep a journal where you will write down everything you consume as well as the quantities, but also the activities you undertake, and your state of mind (fatigue, stress, etc.).
In the second column you could write down the occurrence and extent of the symptoms.
We could then identify some possible causes. This may take several weeks so I suggest being diligent.
If no cause can be suggested, I suggest consulting a physician to get a thorough evaluation of the situation.
I hope I have been helpful and remain available if you have any further questions!
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, pharmacist
